Sign T&C and Liability Agreement
1) Click here to download the document.
2) Make a copy to your drive or download.
3) Send the signed copy back to us by replying the confirmation email or email hello@themotherhoodspace.co

Make payment
Once you have signed the T&C and liability Agreement and emailed it to us, you can proceed with the payment =)
1) Confirm Your Reservation: To confirm your booking, please transfer the full rental payment + $200 (refundable) security deposit + $90 cleaning fee (if selected) within 24 hours.
2) To PayNow number: 90049953

Product Rental
If you’re keen on loaning some baby-related items/products for your event, you can do so as soon as possible to secure the items.

Once you filled up the form with your desired items to loan, do allow us up to 5 working days to confirm your loan request.

Space Layout
Our space is approximately 950 sqft, which can accommodate up to 80 pax, depending on the layout.
Before and During Your Event

Venue Access Information
1) 24 hours before your event start time: You will receive an email that includes an access code to access to the space.
2) Late arrivals are your responsibility, and the rental period starts as scheduled.

After Your Event

Event Conclusion
Please ensure your event ends at the scheduled time. Extensions are subject to availability and will be charged at $100 per hour.

Inspection
The space inspection will be conducted within 24 hours of the rental end time.

Security Deposit Refund
The security deposit will be fully refunded via PayNow within 5 business days after inspection and no damages are found.
